Injector design

Solin is equipped with a special design crafted to prioritize user efficiency and convenience. Users can perform tasks more conveniently through optimized viewing angles and improved grip, maintaining comfort even during extended periods of use.





Problem with treatment angle

Existing products may strain the worker's wrist during actual treatment. To minimize this wrist strain and enhance worker convenience, it is necessary to improve the handle angle.







Definition of handle grip angle considering the treatment angle

In the treatment process, the handle grip angle is crucial for minimizing strain on the worker's wrist and effectively performing the treatment. When the patient receives treatment while lying on a bed, the handle is positioned between the operator's legs and at the level of the patient's lower abdomen. Therefore, the handle should be designed considering the natural angle of the wrist and the angle of the handle. This design allows the worker to comfortably use their wrist while effectively carrying out the treatment, reducing strain and enhancing usability.






Hand grip study according to design form

Through the study on hand grip according to design form, the pressure or strain exerted on the user's wrist by each handle was measured based on its design or form.





Design improvement based on form study

We improved the design of the product to appear cleaner and more modern by simplifying the shape of the floor standing plate. Additionally, we enhanced the UI shape and ratio to make it easier for users to identify and use the buttons.





Design development based on user experience

Based on an actual usability study conducted with hospital staff, we increased the width of the handle's front and back to provide a more comfortable grip. This adjustment allows users to experience less strain on their wrists even during prolonged use, enabling more efficient task performance.




Compatible with various syringe capacities

When the syringe is inserted into the fixture from top to bottom, a mechanism operates utilizing the elasticity of the spring to automatically open and close based on the thickness of the syringe. This feature provides users with convenience and efficiency by automatically adjusting according to the thickness of the syringe.



Provides stable usability through locking device

The syringe is securely locked in place via a locking lever connected to the gear of the fixing device, ensuring it does not fall out. This locking lever securely holds the syringe in position, maintaining stability while the user is working
